AIIMS Nursing 2024: AIIMS conducts separate nursing entrance exams for B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Post-Nursing, and M.Sc. Nursing programs every year. This admission exam is administered at the national scale alone. Those candidates, who pass the entrance exam are eligible for admission to B.Sc. and M.Sc. programs in nursing. The online application process tentatively starts from the 2nd week of March 2024.

AIIMS B.Sc Nursing 2023 Application form
Candidates need to complete two registration process i.e.
- Basic registration
- Final registration
Basic Registration
In basic registration, candidates are required to fill in their basic personal details such as name, father’s name, contact no. etc. Along with this, candidates are required to upload their signature and passport size photograph. After submission, candidates will receive a registration id and password on their valid email id.
Final registration
In the final registration, candidates are required to visit the official site and log in to it by entering the registration id and password. After logging in, they need to fill in their academic details and upload the required documents and pay the application fee which is INR 1500/- (for GEN/OBC), INR 1200/- (for SC/ST), and PwD candidates are not required to pay any application fee. Candidates can pay the application charges via debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.
Application Fee
Registration costs may only be paid online, and no other methods of payment are accepted. Fees for application submissions may be paid online using a variety of payment options. The accompanying is the cost of submitting an application for every categorization:

Eligibility Requirements

B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing:
- Education: Applicants must have completed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institute.
- Disciplines: In the qualifying exam, individuals ought to have English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subject areas.
- Marks: To just be acceptable, each applicant should have received an aggregate of 55 percent (50 percent for SC/ST) in the qualifying examination.
- Gender: Just female applicants will be considered for this program.
B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Basic):
- Eligibility: Applicants who have completed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from any recognized board are eligible to apply for a B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Basic) or those who have completed 10+1 before or in 1996 are eligible to apply for B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Basic) (Post-Basic).
- Enrollment: Applicants must be enrolled with a state nursing council as a nurse, RM, or RN (registered midwife, registered nurse).
- Gender: All men and women are eligible to apply.
M.Sc. Nursing:
- Eligibility: Applicants with a B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Certificate), Post-Basic, or B.Sc. nursing (4 years) degrees are eligible to take the test.
- Marks: Aspirants must get at least 60% in their qualifying exams (55 percent for SC/ST).
AIIMS Nursing 2024: Exam Pattern

Stage 2 Personal Interview/Assessment
Candidates who will have their names on the merit list based on the written exam will be called for the personal interview/assessment round. The second stage will have a weightage of 30 marks. The final merit list of the candidate will be based on the performance of candidates in both stages. The assessment process will include the following criteria:
- Performance as a staff nurse.
- The past academic record of the candidate in the Higher Secondary or class 12 or equivalent examination.
- Past academic record in the Nursing examination.
AIIMS Nursing 2024: Cut-Off
After only a few days have passed since the test, the authorities would announce the cut-off. The administration would publish the cut-off list for each applicant group. The whole cut-off list would be available on the website for aspirants to review.
The cut-off would be the minimum score required for applicants to proceed to the next round of the admissions process. The authorities will contact the applicants on the cut-off list who have been selected for the counseling process.

AIIMS Nursing 2024: Admit Card
The Admit Card may be made available to students over the internet by the appropriate authorities. Candidates are required to move their admission cards in accordance with the course they choose to pursue. The admission card will include all of the important information, such as the exam day and time, as well as the test location and schedule.
The admit card will be the only thing that applicants will be required to bring with them to the test site. No applicant will be permitted to take the exam if they do not have an admission card. During the third week of May in 2024, the admission card will be made available for download.
AIIMS Nursing 2024: Result
The Result will be made public by the appropriate authorities on the website in the near future. Aspirants will only be able to get their results via the Internet in the future. No applicant will be accepted if he or she applies via mail or postal service.
For each course, the results will be announced on a different day than the previous course. Aspirants must log in by providing information such as their user ID in order to see the results. Aspirants should print out a copy of their findings and keep it secure until they are admitted.
AIIMS Nursing 2024: Counselling
If you are applying to AIIMS Nursing, this would be the final round of the recruiting process for you. After just a few days have gone since the results were published, the officials would begin the process of counseling the students who obtained good scores. Candidates are encouraged to submit their applications for the counseling procedure on the website.
The counseling procedure would be split into several rounds, with the number of seats offered after each round varying based on the number of available seats after each round. Aspirants’ names would be placed in order of appearance on the merit list, and seats would be assigned in that order.
