Eligibility Criteria

Those aspirants who wish to participate in the entrance test should have qualified for the HSC exam from a recognized board or university. Those appliers are also eligible to appear for the entrance exam who have successfully cleared the HSC vocational ANM course from a school recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. However, it is mandatory for the applicants of the general category must score over 50% marks in the 12th exams. They should score not less than 45% marks in the qualifying examination that is intermediate exam if the candidates are from the reserved category.

Appearing candidates who are taking part in the final exam of the HSC can also apply for the entrance exam. They must also submit a medical fitness certificate approved by the medical board of Hindu Rao Hospital, Kasturba Hospital and Swami Daya Nand Hospital respectively during admission time. The age of the aspirants should be 17 years as of the admission year. Their age should exceed 35 years only after that candidates will be eligible to apply for the entrance test. For ANM or LHV applicants, there is no information regarding the age limit.
