Eligibility Criteria

There are general eligibility criteria which basically means minimum requirements that aspirants have to satisfy in order to appear in the entrance exam or get admission through it. These are as under:

The minimum age required for the applicants must be 17 years at the time of admission. The applicant has to pass the HSC exam by a recognized board or university. It is vital for the candidates to have passed the 12th Standard exam with PCB or PCBE. One who has completed a GNM diploma course from a recognized university can apply too. Appearing candidates for the final exam of intermediate in the current year will be eligible to apply. Only female category candidates can participate in the entrance exam. Only citizens of Indian nationality can take up the entrance exam. Applicants of the reserved category should gain a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and general category candidates should achieve a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
