NHM Punjab Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates need to clear in Punjabi subject up to Matriculation level. If the candidate fails to pass the Punjabi up to matriculation, he will be given 6 months to clear the subject.
- An interested individual should hold an MBBS degree from a recognized University or Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are having 6 months job in Obstetrics & Gynecology and will get training in MTP from a registered MTP training center.
- Furthermore, an aspirant should be registered with the Punjab Medical Council / Medical Council of India. If the aspirant has not registered, he /she will get 1 month to get registered with the Punjab Medical Council/ Medical Council of India.
Age Limit:
A candidate’s maximum age limit for the post of Medical Officer is 37 years. Age relaxation rules and regulations will be applicable according to the Punjab Government. Relaxation in age criteria will be applicable in case of non-availability of the suitable candidates and up to 64 years for MO under RNTCP.

The results for NHM Punjab will be issued by the exam conducting authority of examination through online mode.
