Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will publish the notification for Pharmacist Exam 2023 very shortly on its authorized website.  Eligible candidates for the exam can apply for the exam online on the main website of the Railway Recruitment Board only. Furthermore, candidates should have passed the class 12th examination with the Science stream or its equivalent with Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. Additionally, he/ she must be registered as Pharmacist. Contenders have to pass the written test and viva test for selection. However, the final selection will be made after the medical fitness test which will be carried out after the written test and viva test.

Consequently, aspirants who wish to become pharmacists can take part in RRB Paramedical Recruitment. In order to score good marks in the recruitment test, candidates should start their examination preparation as soon as possible as the competitive exam is not so easy.

Railway Pharmacist Exam 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for Pharmacist Exam are laid down below by the official authority of RRB:

  • Candidates should have qualified 10+2 with a Science background or its equivalent, with Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and he/ she must be registered as Pharmacist.
  • He/ she should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) from a recognized institution or equivalent and the candidate must be registered as a Pharmacist.
  • Only Indian Nationals can participate in the RRB Pharmacist recruitment process in 2023.

Age Relaxation:

OBC- NCL 3 years
SC/ ST 5 years
Ex-servicemen who have done more than 6 years of service post attestation (UR) Upper age limit as specified in the respective posts
PwBD (UR) 10 years
PwBD (OBC) 13 years

Domiciled candidates of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989 Upper age limit and age relaxation of 5 years

Railway Pharmacist Exam 2023 Application Form

  • Go to the main website of RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) ideally of your state.
  • Begin the application form filling by providing all the necessary details like the applicant’s name, parents’ name, address, educational qualification, communicational details, etc.
  • Attach the required documents like Class 10th/ 12th Certificate, Category Certificate, etc.
  • Also, upload your recent passport-size photograph according to the given size.
  • Pay the vital fees of the application and submit it.
  • Download the duly filled application form and take a printout of the same for future usage.

Application Fee:

The application form of the applicants will only be completed after the successful payment of the application fee. The details of the same are displayed in the table below:

It will be released on the official portal website of the Railway Recruitment Board. Soon after providing the login credentials, the outcomes of the participants will be shown on the screen. They must download the same and are advised to get multiple print copies for future use.
