SME Nursing College Nedumkandam Admission Procedure

SME Nursing College will be responsible for getting only self-attested xerox copies of document papers submitted by the candidates. If he/ she fails to submit the required documents within the prescribed date, then his/ her admission will be canceled forthwith.

Eligibility Criteria

Age:

• An aspirant must have attained the age of 17 years on or before 31st December 2023.
• Those who have completed 17 years on 1st January 2023 or later will not be eligible for admission.
• The upper age limit is 30 years as of 31/12/2023 further provided that the candidates will receive the relaxation in the upper age limit by a period of five years if they belong to SC/ ST category.

Qualifying Examination:

A Candidate seeking admission from a recognized school, with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of 4 subjects including English (Core /Elective), Physics, Chemistry, and Biology provided the student has passed in each subject separately.

Basic of Selection:

The shortlisting of the candidates for admission to B.Sc. Nursing Courses will be made on basis of the merit and candidates need to take up the entrance examination conducted by Mahatma Gandhi University.

Entrance Test:

The entrance Test will take place according to the venue indicated in the Admission ticket. The Entrance Test comprises all the objective-type (Multiple Choice) items.
